Ryan is so knowledgable and kind, and fun to work with. It became hard for me to know how hard to push myself in the gym now that im in my late forties, and the plan he set up personally for me was so helpful! i felt my strenth improve but in a safe and gradual way that made me enjoy working out. I felt a little sore, but not so much that my everyday life had to suffer like when i tried crossfit. Hes the perfect blend of tough and kind! Ryan is also very open minded and big hearted to all types of people so if your'e scared go to the gym because you feel out of place there, don't worry about that, come as you are ❤️
Ryan worked closely with me to develop a comprehensive plan to achieve my fitness goals. And when goals changed or old injuries flared up, he was flexible and even incorporated physical therapy exercises into my routine. He’s always knowledgeable and understanding, two attributes that are essential for a personal trainer.
I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone! He helped me get back into condition after I had been rehabbing an injured shoulder. He worked with me slowly and methodically to make sure I didn’t hurt myself again. He has been my personal trainer for well over a year now and thanks to him I’ve become much stronger and feel great. I really appreciate his in-depth and detailed knowledge of exercise and strength training. Plus he’s fun to work with!

Ryan is knowledgable in all aspects of training to include the machines, weights and aerobic exercises and incorporates this in our sessions.
